I can't attend all four races. What should I do?

Your medal will be available for you to collect at the GOAL Booth at the next race.
If you wish to qualify for an award, you must complete the long course in-person at all 4 events.

*Registered participants who become pregnant or have given birth since registering for the event are eligible to cancel their entry. The Medical Authorization Form must be completed by a physician, registered midwife or other medical professional.
The safety of all involved in the race and race day is of the utmost importance. Should the race have to be altered or cancelled due to weather or other physical conditions (recognized as "an act of God"), no refunds will be given.

Please be aware of scammers and do not transfer funds unless you have confirmed the seller is legitimate.
When is the Transfer Deadline?
The transfer deadline for the full series is February 13, 2026.
For standalone registrations, please reach out to admin@goalfoundation.com for your options.
Is there a penalty for giving someone else my bib on race day?
Yes. Any participant who runs under someone else’s bib will be disqualified and will not be scored. For the safety of our runners, and in case of a medical emergency, it is imperative that the registration data associated with the race number belongs to the person wearing the bib. If race organizers become aware that a runner has participated in one of our events with a bib that is not registered to that runner, both the runner and the person to whom the bib is registered will be prohibited from participating in subsequent GOAL Foundation events for a minimum of two years.
Is there a penalty for participating in the race without a bib?
Yes, this is not allowed. Our course is for registered participants only. Resources are planned for participants prior to the event, and running a race without a bib takes away resources from registered runners - valuable road space, water, fuel, medical personnel, restroom facilities, and more. If race organizers become aware that a runner has participated in one of our events without a bib, that runner will be prohibited from participating in subsequent GOAL Foundation events for a minimum of two years.
Packet Pick Up
When can I collect my race packet?
Friday, February 13, 2026 | 4:00 - 7:00 PM
Fleet Feet Ogden – 1937 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT 84401
If you are unable to attend packet pick up on Friday or are registered for a standalone event, you may pick up your race packet at the GOAL Tent on race morning between 7:00 - 7:45 AM.
How does dynamic bib assignment work?
Instead of being assigned a bib number in advance, your number will be assigned to you at packet pickup.
Prior to packet pick-up you'll receive your check-in pass via email, simply show it along with your ID at packet pickup for a quick and seamless check-in. This makes the check-in process smoother and more efficient.
Full series participants will be assigned one bib at packet pick up, which will be reused for each race. A bib replacement fee of $10 will be required if you lose or forget your bib on race day.
Race Info
I need special accommodations to participate in this race. Who do I reach out to?
Winter Running Series welcomes all race participants who may have a permanent visual, physical, or intellectual impairment that affects their ability to participate.
If you require any accommodations, please email admin@goalfoundation.com before registering. The Winter Running Series team will review each request and do their best to provide support where possible.
Athletes in this program participate alongside the general participant field. This is a non-competitive category that does not have separate awards categories.
If needed, impaired runners can have a Guide Runner assist them during the race. Guide Runners receive a complimentary entry upon request, prior to registration. Each athlete is allowed one guide, who must accompany them throughout the entire race.
What is the short course?
This series offers a half marathon training series, also known as the "short course." All runners begin at the same start line and you will have the option to run the full course or the short course at each race. Short course finishers will still receive their participant medal.
Please note that the short distance series is offered as a non-competitive service. Participants in the "short course" will not be included in awards.
Can I wear headphones during the race?
Using an audio device may compromise your safety and that of others by hindering your ability to hear verbal instructions or commands from race officials including course marshals on bicycles or to hear vehicles in the lane next to you or emergency vehicles on the course. If you use an audio device you do so at your own risk. If choosing to wear an audio device, we recommend you use only one ear bud in at a time or an out-of-ear, bone-conducting product.
Are strollers allowed on the course?
Strollers are allowed at the Winter Running Series, but must be pushed single file, so as not to take up too much of the running lane. Please also position yourselves closer to the back if you think you may have a slower start.
Are Dogs/Pets allowed at the event or on the course?
Dogs/Pets are NOT allowed at the Winter Running Series packet pickup or on course. Well behaved, always on-leash, picked up after dogs may attend the event with spectators. We encourage you to leave all pets at home for the day for both the safety of participants and the pets.
Is there a time limit for completing the races?
There is no cutoff time to complete any of the Winter Running Series events. Courses will be supported with aid stations and road closures long enough for participants running an average pace of 20 minutes per mile to complete the course. We encourage participants who are still on course after road closures are lifted to use caution when crossing roads and to carry hydration with them if they do not anticipate meeting the cutoff times. Some vendors may be packed up, but our team will be there to cheer everyone across the finish line.
