Official Training Series of the

Ogden Marathon

The Winter Running Series will help prepare you to run any distance in the Ogden Marathon or train for other springtime running events! This four-part training series is supported by race-specific training plans designed by Fleet Feet.

Dogs/Pets are NOT allowed at the Winter Running Series, pre-race packet pickup, at any start line, or anywhere on course. Due to large crowds and race sizes, we encourage you to leave all pets at home for the day for both the safety of participants and the pets.

We’re currently making updates to the Ogden Marathon website. Some information may be changing as we prepare for the upcoming registration launch. Please check back soon for the latest event information, schedules, registration details, and more. Thanks for your patience!

Packet Pickup & BIBS

We are continuing our efforts to reduce waste by reusing bibs for each race in the Winter Running Series. We ask that you please KEEP YOUR BIB and bring it with you to each of the four events. There will be a $10 replacement fee for lost or forgotten bibs.

Packet Pickup Date & Location: TBD, please check back for an updated Packet Pickup date and location

If you are registered for a standalone event, you may pick up your race packet at the GOAL Tent on race morning between 7:00 - 7:45 AM.

AWARDS

Awards will be given to the Full Series Winners* (top 3 male, top 3 female, top 3 non-binary) in the overall and masters categories (ages 40+).

*Full series results are determined by a cumulative point-based score from placement rankings in the 5K, 10K, 10 Mile, and Half Marathon in-person events.

There are no awards for the half marathon training "short courses" or virtual events.

If you wish to qualify for an award, you must complete the long course in-person at all 4 events. A cumulative points-based score will be calculated from placement points awarded for each event (1st place gets 1 point, 2nd gets 2 points, etc.) The lowest score possible is 4 points (won all 4 events).
