Train Like a Mother Club offers support from the first mile to the finish line in the form of programs for those who seek to run their first race, train for a 5K, 10K, half-marathon, or full marathon. Ogden participants can choose from traditional training plans or heart-rate training (HRT) plans, the only group HRT plans available online. And despite the name of the brand and the plans, participants don't need to be a mother to succeed using these plans: All Ogden participants are welcome!

And, get this, If folks choose to do a 20-week program HEART RATE TRAINING HALF OR MARATHON PLAN through TLAM Club, guess what starting date/first run of training plan will be? JANUARY 1!!! I love it! (Traditional marathon training plans would start on Jan. 15 and traditional half plans would start Feb. 5...if my counting skills are accurate!)
